We designed the new headquarters for Digital Value, an e-commerce company based in Helsinki. At the heart of the project is a versatile space that naturally integrates a kitchen with an event area, designed to foster both community and productivity.
From the outset, we accompanied Digital Value in a strategic process of evaluating potential locations, ensuring that the selected space would meet their current needs while also representing their vision for the future. This process gave rise to a spatial concept inspired by astronomy, a metaphor for expansion and evolution that defines this new way of understanding work.

A Journey Between Earth and Space
The space is organized into two clearly differentiated areas: one designed for concentrated work and the other conceived for interaction and collaboration. The conceptual narrative is inspired by the relationship between Earth and the cosmos, a balance between stability and exploration that is reflected in the shapes of the furniture, the lighting, and the spatial composition. Each element promotes fluid and natural interaction. From formal meeting rooms to more relaxed workspaces, the office encourages creativity, the exchange of ideas, and productivity. At its core, the event space acts as a central meeting point, immediately immersing visitors and employees in the culture of Digital Value.
Beauty and Functionality at the Service of Growth
The rapid growth of Digital Value—recognized by the Financial Times as the second fastest-growing company in Finland in 2019—required a workspace capable of evolving at the same pace as the company. Acoustic quality, privacy, and flexibility became key priorities. Custom-designed dividers enhance the quality of the space, creating environments that easily adapt to both individual work and dynamic collaboration. This office goes beyond meeting operational needs: it projects Digital Value's identity into the future, supporting its growth and attracting talent.
Spaces Transformed by Technology
The event space is designed as a multifunctional environment that can be transformed to host a wide range of activities, from meetings and selection processes to screenings and celebrations. Technology plays a key role in this experience, offering users total control of the environment. An intelligent lighting system, managed through an intuitive application, allows each space to be customized with a single gesture, optimizing interaction and reinforcing the identity of an environment designed for innovation.
