Through rigorous spatial analysis and an innovative approach to design, the project reinforces the connection between the waterfront and the city, inviting visitors to engage in a dynamic interplay of light, texture, and movement. This approach not only revitalizes public spaces, but also creates a tangible link between local heritage and contemporary urban aspirations.

An exciting experience
The contemporary retail model is moving away from homogeneous offerings to make way for co-created experiences, encouraging interaction between the sector and its users. This new approach requires shopping centers to actively participate in defining their content, selecting operators, and managing their image and communication.
