The design of this commercial park, located in the western part of the Salnés region within the heart of the Ría de Arousa, presents an exciting challenge rooted in the deep understanding of the cultural identity and geographical context. Located in between the mountains and the ocean, the park integrates seamlessly with the natural landscape.
The project emphasizes sustainability, energy-efficient design, water management, and environmental impact mitigation. Local materials are used to honor the land’s authenticity, ensuring the structure harmonizes with its surroundings. Additionally, framed views of the ocean and mountains are strategically placed, creating immersive spaces that invite visitors to engage with the space.
